Job Summary

This role involves coordinating, planning, and executing IT projects and sub-projects while providing dedicated support to the Project Management Office (PMO) within a major IT services company in Nuremberg. Day-to-day tasks include rigorous project controlling concerning budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, alongside managing project information using essential tools like MS Project, SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira. A critical function is stakeholder management and communication across project and leadership levels, requiring strong presentation and reporting skills. The ideal candidate must hold certified knowledge in classical and/or agile project management methodologies (such as IPMA, PMI PMP, or PRINCE2) and possess practical experience steering complex IT initiatives.
