Job Summary

This role involves strategic consulting for clients, focusing on the conception, implementation, and refinement of Observability solutions, particularly Digital Experience Monitoring and Network Monitoring using tools like ThousandEyes. Day-to-day tasks include designing, implementing, and operating end-to-end monitoring solutions for hybrid IT landscapes (On-Premise, AWS, Azure), analyzing network, application, and user experience data, and identifying performance bottlenecks. You will be crucial in troubleshooting, conducting root-cause analyses, and creating transparent dashboards and alerts for performance tracking. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT systems integration or administration, deep experience with network monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, Wireshark), and fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, network topologies, and basic cloud networking. Excellent presentation skills and fluency in both German and English are required to effectively communicate technical value and lead workshops.
