Job Summary

This role involves shaping the next generation of IT specialists by serving as an IT Vocational Trainer within one of Germany’s largest IT landscapes, the BA IT System House in Nuremberg. You will be responsible for mentoring IT students or groups of approximately 10 apprentices specializing in System Integration, Application Development, or Data and Process Analysis. Daily tasks include providing individual feedback, targeted support, and maintaining close contact with internship supervisors. A core part of the job is the creation and review of educational concepts and materials, alongside independently conducting workshops and seminars covering a wide range of modern IT topics, including Server Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Programming (Java, Python), and Virtualization. Candidates must possess a university degree (preferably Informatics or Business Informatics), relevant pedagogical qualifications compliant with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG), and several years of professional experience in the field.
