Job Summary

As a Senior Professional System Engineer at the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), you will play a pivotal role in managing one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. Your primary focus will be the implementation and operation of virtual Linux clients, particularly for developers, including domain integration and automated deployment on Ubuntu. You will take a lead role in administering and optimizing complex Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments using Citrix and VMware technologies. Day-to-day tasks include system analysis, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high levels of system security and availability.
