Job Summary

This role involves driving the technical development and lifecycle management of Document Management Systems (DMS) within an ERP environment for Germany's Federal Employment Agency (BA). As a Specialist Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire process from consulting to the operation and further development of software solutions. Your daily activities include analyzing, coordinating, and prioritizing requirements with stakeholders, as well as designing technical solution proposals. You will work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), coordinating product development teams and resources to automate business processes in finance, HR, and logistics. This position is particularly attractive due to its high degree of flexibility, offering up to 80% remote work, a secure public service contract (TV-BA), and the opportunity to work on one of Germany's largest IT landscapes.
