Job Summary
This role is for an On-Site IT Technician based in Munich-Sendling, focused on ensuring the operational readiness of applications and hardware components for the client's employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive 1st Level Support, handling hardware and software troubleshooting, and managing user accounts and permissions. A crucial aspect of the job involves Mobile Device Management (MDM), specifically administering, supporting, and deploying applications to tablets and mobile phones. The successful candidate should have a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience using ticketing systems (like TopDesk) and providing direct user support. Knowledge of Windows 7/10 and the Microsoft Office suite (2013-365) is required. This is a full-time position, initially via temporary employment, offering a secure, long-term perspective within a supportive and established team environment.

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification)
