Job Summary

This role involves specialized engineering work focusing on the hydraulic simulation and strategic development of wastewater networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting hydrodynamic sewer network and pollutant load calculations, creating and updating sewer network models, and deriving necessary rehabilitation requirements. A key part of the job is the technical coordination and support for the creation and updating of General Drainage Plans (GEPs), including preparing for their development, participating in the awarding of planning services, and conducting flood analyses and simulations. This position requires a strong background in civil or environmental engineering, extensive experience with GEPs, and deep expertise in hydraulic modeling and simulation, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to the high quality of life in the region through innovative water management solutions.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences, ideally specializing in Urban Water Management, Water Management, or Hydraulics

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the creation or updating of General Drainage Plans (GEP)
  • Deep knowledge in hydrodynamic sewer network simulation and hydraulic modeling

Languages

German (Fluent)
