Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to join an owner-managed IT company in Munich, providing essential First Level Support and Administration services for the client workstations and server landscapes of mid-sized businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating incident resolution, managing communication with users, and handling incident management and service requests within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically concerning Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, and SCCM. You will also manage end-users, maintain client systems, and collaborate with specialized teams to solve complex technical problems while ensuring compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification, initial practical experience operating complex IT infrastructures, and familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or comparable IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Administrator, Business IT Specialist, IT Security Technician, or Engineer for Technical Informatics)
Experience
- Initial practical experience with the operation of complex IT infrastructures
- Experience with ITIL processes, specifically in Incident and Change Management
- Experience supporting Windows Clients and Windows Server systems
