The technician will be responsible for processing customer disruption reports received via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring all solutions are documented accurately in the ITSM tool, and adhering strictly to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a completed IT vocational qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable experience, coupled with practical skills in using ticketing and documentation systems, and prior experience in remote support.
