Job Summary
Launch your career as a Field IT Support Technician, joining a leading technology service provider specializing in Device as a Service, managing client environments for major industrial companies across Germany. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of IT support, handling customer inquiries and providing essential 2nd level support directly on-site. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring the smooth operation of client systems and various applications, troubleshooting iOS devices, managing network environments, and supporting telecommunications components. Crucially, you will meticulously document all service activities. To succeed, you must possess completed vocational training in an IT field (such as IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable professional experience, coupled with practical experience supporting end-users. Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Office 365 is mandatory, along with excellent German language skills and a Class B driving license.
