Infrastructure Technician | Techniker Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential remote and on-site IT infrastructure support for a full-service provider specializing in IT services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Munich and Upper Bavaria. The Infrastructure Technician will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and documenting customer IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and managing networks, routers, firewalls, and Office 365 environments. Key responsibilities include implementing customized IT solutions and administering infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems. Candidates must possess a relevant technical education (e.g., IT System Integration Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and demonstrate strong practical knowledge of MS Exchange, current server systems, and IT administration. This attractive position offers a permanent contract, the possibility of remote work, and a unique 4-day work week supplemented by an on-call service.
