Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key IT Consultant, specializing in Information Security and Network Architecture, based in Dresden. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the conception and development of information security laws, ensuring compliance with existing standards, and advising on the implementation of secure authentication methods for official end devices. The consultant will also provide technical support for connecting state networks to superior network structures and help prepare and shape a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), collaborating with existing CERT structures to enhance security measures. Key requirements include proven experience in developing information security laws at the state or federal level, comprehensive knowledge of BSI standards (200 series), and demonstrable project experience implementing the NIS-2 directive within the public sector.
