Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated High-Voltage Battery Validation Development Engineer to support the development of cutting-edge HV batteries and components for a renowned commercial vehicle manufacturer. Day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and organizing comprehensive validation test scopes, supervising both internal and external test runs, and coordinating essential communication among various departments, stakeholders, and external partners. You will be instrumental in representing the HV battery component during crucial vehicle tests both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, you will continuously optimize validation methodologies, analyze and interpret complex measurement results, and document all findings in both German and English. A successful candidate must hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess at least three years of experience in HV battery development, coupled with proven expertise in test bench supervision and measurement technology. Proficiency in electrochemistry, HV battery system structure, relevant industry standards, and software like MATLAB and Python is required, alongside excellent written and spoken English skills for documentation and global coordination.
