Job Summary

This role involves supporting the development of high-voltage (HV) batteries and components, primarily within the commercial vehicle sector. The engineer will be responsible for validation planning and organizing test scopes for HV batteries in group-wide projects. Key daily tasks include overseeing internal and external testing at laboratories, coordinating requirements with various stakeholders and external partners, and representing the HV battery component during vehicle tests both domestically and internationally. A critical component of the role is the continuous optimization of validation methodologies, analysis and interpretation of test results, and meticulous documentation in both German and English. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, significant experience in HV battery development, and proficiency with relevant testing equipment and software tools like MATLAB and Python.
