Job Summary

This role as an IT Deployment Technician, based in Stuttgart, involves crucial hands-on support for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT equipment deployment, including installing and configuring hardware, delivering devices, and commissioning them on-site. Daily tasks include meticulous documentation of all work and equipment within the ticketing system, performing data migration from older devices, and coordinating appointments directly with end-users. You will also monitor workflows within the customer system and assist with various projects and business trips. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent, professional experience in on-site service or user support, and proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating systems and MS Office.
