Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite Support Technician based in Nuremberg, focusing on providing first-level IT support primarily for pharmaceutical companies across Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware and software errors, consulting users on their end devices, applications, and IT processes, and classifying customer inquiries. You will be utilizing a knowledge database and the Service Now ticketing tool to handle support via phone and potentially in person. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT systems integration, IT customer service, or a similar field, coupled with technical and organizational understanding. Prior experience in IT support or a service desk environment is necessary. This position offers varied tasks in a future-proof industry, a contemporary work environment where foreign languages are actively used, and the possibility of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
