This role seeks a dedicated Accounting and Controlling Specialist to strengthen the commercial department, offering a permanent position with flexibility for full-time or part-time work (up to 30 hours/week). The specialist will provide crucial support to the operational accounting team, handling tasks such as preparing creditor and debtor documentation, managing digital invoice workflows, processing expense reports using Circula, and maintaining cash flow records in DATEV. Additionally, the role involves significant support for the Controlling function, including preparing data for analysis, particularly for MS Power BI, and assisting with project management tasks like creating specifications and documenting workshops. Candidates must possess a completed commercial training or comparable qualification (e.g., Tax Clerk) and a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential, and familiarity with DATEV and DocuWare is highly beneficial. This is a secure, future-oriented position within a supportive team.
