Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Development Engineer, including recent graduates or those with initial professional experience, who are passionate about sustainable manufacturing and process optimization. The core responsibilities include leading development projects focused on creating innovative, sustainable packaging films and bags, particularly utilizing recycled materials. Day-to-day tasks involve optimizing plant procedures and manufacturing processes, developing new formulations for sustainable film production, and implementing advanced analytical and quality testing methods. The engineer will also oversee test runs, qualify new materials and suppliers, and contribute to cleanroom management, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's sustainable future direction. A degree in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Chemistry is required, along with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
