This role involves supporting and further developing the specialized 'AnLei' application system, acting as a crucial interface between IT and departmental users within the LVR's Department for Children, Youth, and Family in Cologne. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, translating complex functional user requirements into technical program functionalities, ensuring quality assurance through testing procedures, and generating reports/evaluations using AnLei, SAP, and WinCube. The specialist will also be responsible for creating work instructions, conducting training sessions, ensuring automated billing processes run smoothly, and participating in IT development projects.
