Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure within one of Germany's largest and most complex IT environments, serving the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). As an IT System Engineer specializing in AI, you will actively participate in the AI-DevOps environment, manage incidents, changes, and releases, and contribute to problem management. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving system disruptions, independently maintaining and optimizing IT concepts and solutions, and contributing to knowledge management within the department. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or training in the IT field, approximately three years of relevant professional experience, and specific knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana/Loki, Linux administration, and ITIL frameworks.
