Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated System Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 and Client Management to join the LWL's IT Service Management team. The core responsibilities include the administration, configuration, and operation of the Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange), alongside comprehensive client management tasks such as software distribution and operating system rollouts utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM/Intune). Furthermore, the engineer will manage Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, GPOs) and develop PowerShell scripts for automation, while also providing crucial First- and Second-Level support to the Service Desk. Key requirements include a relevant university degree or vocational training combined with long-term professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate fundamental experience in M365 administration, Active Directory management, and proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
