Job Summary

As the Head of the Technical Building Services Department at LWL-BLB, you will lead a team of 20 professionals, including engineers, technicians, and system planners. Your primary responsibility involves managing and prioritizing maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects across a portfolio of over 800 buildings. You will oversee heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems while driving the strategic implementation of energy management and sustainable climate protection concepts. Required Skills

Education

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in supply engineering or energy management for candidates with a Master's degree
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in relevant fields for candidates with a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles using modern management methods
  • Extensive experience in prioritizing and planning new builds and renovation measures
  • Proven experience in contract management and procurement processes
