Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing a division of 20 professionals, including engineers and technicians, focused on heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems (HVAC) as well as energy management. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects across a portfolio of over 800 buildings. Key responsibilities include managing the division's budget, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations (VOB, HOAI), and implementing sustainable energy concepts to minimize greenhouse gas emissions. The position is unique for its blend of high-level strategic decision-making, personnel management, and technical oversight within a large-scale public real estate framework. You will act as a critical interface between departments, ensuring quality control and cost-effectiveness while driving the modernization of building services and energy infrastructure.
