Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation within the LWL Construction and Property Management department. As an IT and Digitalization Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure, ranging from hardware procurement and inventory management to the administration and development of Document Management Systems (DMS). You will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes through digital strategy implementation, including the introduction of AI and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Day-to-day tasks include conducting business process analyses, managing IT security compliance, and providing technical support and training to staff.
