Job Summary

This role is an excellent entry point into professional IT support, focusing on client-side infrastructure within a long-term project for a leading IT service provider in Sindelfingen. The Junior IT Technician will be responsible for executing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, including the setup, configuration, and imaging of PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Key daily tasks involve cabling and setting up workstations according to technical specifications, supporting office relocations and rollouts, and providing direct onsite support to end-users for client-related technical issues. Success requires strong technical understanding, customer orientation, and meticulous documentation of all activities within the ticketing system and asset management databases.
