This role involves managing the full lifecycle of critical enterprise applications, from initial implementation through ongoing administration, change management, and eventual decommissioning. The IT Application Administrator will be responsible for implementing updates, patches, and releases, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and maintaining detailed software documentation according to company guidelines. A key function is providing 1st-Level support, serving as the primary contact for key users, and organizing necessary training sessions. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in an IT or commercial field, coupled with strong IT affinity, analytical process understanding, and excellent organizational skills.
