As an IT Asset and License Manager, you will serve as the process owner for asset and license management within the IT division of a leading healthcare billing consultant. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve controlling and coordinating IT assets and licenses for various applications and infrastructures, primarily utilizing the Matrix42 tool. You will be responsible for conducting inventories, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and supporting the IT procurement department. Additionally, you will create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and handle escalations within the process workflow.
