Job Summary

This part-time role (23-29 hours per week) involves serving as the Process Owner for IT Asset and License Management within the IT division of a leading healthcare billing service provider. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating IT assets and licenses for various applications and infrastructures, primarily utilizing the Matrix42 tool. Key duties include conducting inventories, ensuring license compliance across the IT landscape, and supporting the IT procurement department. You will also generate reports and dashboards to monitor process health and manage escalations.
