Job Summary

This role involves training the next generation of IT Specialists in System Integration within the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) training workshop in Weener. The Trainer will be responsible for conveying all necessary practical skills and theoretical knowledge for the profession, including conducting hands-on and theoretical instruction, guiding trainees in the proper use of tools and equipment, and managing project-oriented training segments. Key responsibilities also include evaluating performance, preparing trainees for final examinations, and maintaining/developing the training infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a related field, coupled with at least one year of professional experience, and must hold or be willing to obtain the Trainer Aptitude Certification (AEVO). This is a full-time, permanent position offering an attractive salary package including a special training allowance.
