Field and Internal Service Technician | Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im Innen- und Außendienst

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential mechanical inspection, maintenance, and service for complex systems and machinery, both globally at customer sites and internally at the Neuenburg am Rhein facility (approximately 50/50 split). The technician will be responsible for commissioning individual units and complete process engineering systems, supervising external workers during assembly, and generating detailed inspection and service reports. A key component of the job is customer consultation regarding plant operation, maintenance, and spare parts management, alongside preparing repair and modification quotes and handling general administrative service tasks. The ideal candidate requires a mechanical background, strong technical qualifications (Meister/Technician level or equivalent experience), excellent German and English proficiency, and high flexibility for extensive international travel.
