Field and Internal Service Technician | Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im Innen- und Außendienst

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential mechanical inspection, maintenance, and service for complex systems and processing plants both globally at customer sites and internally at the Neuenburg am Rhein location (approximately 50/50 split). The technician will be responsible for conducting installations and commissioning of individual units up to complete systems for the production and processing of pre-mixed building materials. Key responsibilities include supervising external workers during assembly, generating detailed service reports, and advising customers on plant operations, maintenance, and spare parts management. The ideal candidate must possess a completed mechanical qualification (Master Craftsman/Technician level) or extensive comparable professional experience, coupled with fluent German and English skills, and a high degree of intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally.
