Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled PLC Programmer and Commissioning Engineer to join a plant engineering team located near Freiburg in Neuenburg am Rhein. The core responsibilities involve programming Siemens Simatic controllers using Step 7 and TIA Portal, developing visualization solutions, and creating essential technical documentation. A significant part of the job includes the worldwide commissioning of new plants, conducting service assignments for inspections and fault resolution, and leading customer training sessions. To succeed, candidates must possess an education in Electrical Engineering (Technician, Master Craftsman, or degree level), excellent command of Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, and professional experience in circuit technology. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory, along with a high willingness to travel internationally for commissioning and service work.
