Job Summary

This role involves critical work within the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) Center for Digitization and Capability Development for Cyber and Information Space in Bonn. The specialist will primarily focus on defining objectives and developing conceptual foundations for IT systems supporting Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) disciplines. Key responsibilities include drafting conceptual guidelines, evaluating requirements, and coordinating the implementation of these intelligence systems across various Bundeswehr departments. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, possesses professional experience in project management, and is willing to undertake regular domestic business trips and participate in advanced training. The position offers an unlimited contract (subject to successful security clearance), competitive public sector compensation (E11 TVöD), and flexible work options including potential home office arrangements.
