This role involves serving as a key developer and coordinator within the Federal IT Cooperation (FITKO), focusing on the digitalization of public administration in Germany. The specialist will be responsible for developing modern applications using the FITKO's Low-Code platform, translating functional specifications into standalone applications, and implementing new features using modular and component-oriented best practices. A critical component of the job is collaborating with external development partners, ensuring technical quality through reviews and testing (including performance, maintainability, and security), and supporting the transition to operations. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with several years of professional experience in developing Low-Code platforms (such as Outsystems, Mendix, or ServiceNow).
