Job Summary

The Federal IT Cooperation (FITKO) is seeking an Agile Process Support and Project Assistance Specialist to join their newly formed department focused on order clarification, controlling, and capacity management. Day-to-day responsibilities involve guiding Low-Code Hub processes, ensuring efficient development, coordination, and review processes are in place, and supporting the evolution of agile work structures. Key activities include planning, moderating, and following up on various agile meetings (e.g., refinements, reviews, retrospectives), fostering open communication between development, quality assurance, and stakeholders, and maintaining transparency through documentation and backlog management. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Digital Administration or Public Management, initial professional experience in supporting agile teams, and strong communication and moderation skills to constructively merge different perspectives.
