Job Summary

The Salzgitter Digital Solutions GmbH is seeking a specialized Team Leader for Operational Security to manage and advance key security domains within their Global Secure Networking department in Salzgitter. This role involves the technical leadership and coordination of a team of approximately ten employees, focusing on areas like Antivirus (AV), Vulnerability Management, Security Operations Center (SOC), PKI, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, managing incident responses, ensuring process development, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance, and contributing to security projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or IT Security and possesses multi-year experience in at least two operational security areas. This is a crucial position requiring strong analytical skills, expertise in Security Operations and Incident Handling, and the ability to coach team members, ensuring a secure and stable IT environment for the entire Salzgitter Group.
