Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain robust IT infrastructure for leading providers of smart IT solutions. The core responsibilities involve daily administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, providing essential 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support, and ensuring high system availability through diligent configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of backup and recovery processes. You will also be responsible for the administration and deployment of the client infrastructure. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration and possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, network hardware, and fundamental network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
