Job Summary

This role is for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the Research & Development division at Aesculap AG in Tuttlingen. The core focus is on enhancing the efficiency and quality of software development by designing, implementing, and optimizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing development and production infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. A key part of the role involves automating repetitive tasks, implementing robust monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK-Stack), and ensuring proactive failure prevention. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, several years of professional experience in DevOps and IT infrastructure management, and expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure), and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform or Ansible). This position requires strong collaboration within an agile team environment.
