Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Software QA Engineer to join the Research & Development division at Aesculap AG in Tuttlingen. The primary responsibility is ensuring exceptional software quality from the early concept phase through to market launch. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, creating, and executing comprehensive test strategies, encompassing both manual and automated testing. You will analyze complex software requirements, identify potential risks, and develop detailed test plans, systematically documenting test results and defect reports. Success in this hybrid role requires a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, coupled with several years of experience in quality assurance. Key technical competencies include proficiency in test automation and practical experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Jenkins, and TestRail, alongside a strong foundation in Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
