Job Summary

This hybrid role involves serving as a Planning and Consulting Specialist within the Surgical Asset & Supply Implementation Competence Center for Aesculap AG. The specialist will be responsible for providing expert consultation to clinical customers, including chief physicians, surgical staff, sterile processing department (AEMP) employees, and administrative leaders, regarding the entire Aesculap product portfolio, both nationally and internationally. A core function is acting as a solution provider for efficient and customized sterile goods processes, applying new process and consulting concepts in collaboration with implementation specialists. The role requires the creation of detailed evaluations using software-supported analysis tools based on process and product data. Candidates must possess either a completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, coupled with several years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within medical technology and instrument management. The position requires strong advisory skills and substantial national and international travel.
