This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT-supported logistics processes within a new cold storage warehouse. The WMS/TMS Key User acts as the primary interface between operational teams, central IT, and external partners, leveraging technical expertise and a hands-on approach to maintain system functionality. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the functionality of the Warehouse Management System, coordinating change requests, providing essential support during incidents, and steering external service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, commercial, or logistics fields, strong knowledge of MS Office, basic SQL/AS400 skills, and experience with warehouse processes and incident management (e.g., ITIL).
