Job Summary

This role involves driving strategic university development, focusing specifically on establishing and optimizing the administrative Quality Management System (QMS) within the Police University of Saxony (FH). The Strategic University Development Officer will be responsible for developing conceptual foundations for continuous QMS improvement, conducting process analysis, documenting current processes, and defining and implementing optimized target processes in collaboration with various organizational units. A key component of the job is supporting the administrative digitization process and establishing key performance indicators for continuous monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a scientific university degree in Administrative Sciences, Economics, or Process Management, and brings professional experience, preferably within public administration or the higher education sector, along with strong conceptual and analytical skills. This is a crucial, fixed-term position (until December 2026) offering the opportunity to significantly shape the strategic direction and efficiency of a major public security institution.
