Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Officer within the Saxon State Ministry of the Interior (SMI), focusing on organizational development, strategic planning, and controlling. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing key figure-based controlling across the SMI's business area, which includes expanding reporting and steering processes and developing an audit system. A core function is linking measurable goals with strategic planning to ensure the SMI and its subordinate authorities are impact-oriented. Day-to-day tasks include supporting departments in strategic processes and optimizing procedures.
