Job Summary

This role involves supporting complex construction, renovation, and maintenance projects at the University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) by joining the Project Management Construction team. The engineer will be responsible for executing construction projects according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) phases. Key day-to-day tasks include quality assurance in major construction projects, preliminary design and detailed planning, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing the construction supervision, including quality, cost, and schedule control. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services Engineering (HVAC specialization) or equivalent, possesses professional experience in planning or site management, and demonstrates strong communication skills, reliability, and teamwork.
