Job Summary

The License and Contract Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the IT infrastructure of the University Hospital Düsseldorf by establishing and maintaining a centralized system for managing IT licenses and contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include consolidating license information, selecting and implementing a dedicated license management tool, and continuously monitoring usage to ensure compliance. A key focus will be analyzing and optimizing complex licensing models for major systems like SAP, Microsoft, and Medico, alongside preparing for and supporting license and contract audits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Administration and brings several years of dedicated experience in IT license management, preferably within a healthcare or comparable large organizational setting.
