Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated License and Contract Manager to join the IT infrastructure support team at the University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) subsidiary. The core responsibility involves developing and maintaining a central system for managing and optimizing all IT licenses and contracts. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and implementing a license management tool, monitoring license utilization, analyzing complex licensing models (SAP, Microsoft, Medico), and ensuring continuous data integrity. The successful candidate will prepare management reports, recommend cost optimization strategies, and support internal and external audits. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and possesses multi-year experience in IT license management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
