Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Specialist in Organic Chemistry, focusing on transferring new production processes from Research and Development (R&D) into chemical production environments. Key responsibilities include the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of synthesis and purification methods for organic active ingredients. The specialist will conduct, adapt, and validate production processes from laboratory scale up to full scale-up, while providing technical support for the creation of technical documents, procedures, and work instructions. A strong emphasis is placed on ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMP/GxP regulations, and international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Organic Chemistry or relevant professional experience, fundamental practical knowledge in preparative organic chemistry and analytical techniques (especially HPLC), and is fluent in both German and English, demonstrating a structured and solution-oriented work style.
