This role involves comprehensive facility and site management for innovative real estate projects across Europe, focusing on integrated Facility Management services. The Facility Manager/Site Manager will act as a key consultant for clients, providing technical and infrastructural Facility Management advice, including developing and implementing long-term strategies for building efficiency and sustainability. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, strategically planning maintenance and legally required checks to ensure optimal operational readiness of technical systems, and managing special services within budget and quality standards. A critical component of the role is the careful selection, commissioning, and coordination of subcontractors, alongside maintaining transparent reporting on project status, budgets, and resources. Candidates should possess a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
