Job Summary

This role involves developing FPGA firmware for highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) designs within the defense sector at Diehl Defence in Überlingen. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with systems engineering to design and develop efficient FPGA algorithms, implementing signal processing using advanced methods such as High-Level Synthesis. You will be responsible for creating necessary documentation according to applicable standards throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Technology and possesses fundamental knowledge of digital signal processing, system theory, and communication technology.
