This role involves leading technical and infrastructural teams across various properties, ensuring the seamless operation and economic viability of all Facility Management contracts. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical processes, quality assurance, and strict adherence to budgets through effective cost and revenue control. Key duties include managing existing contractual relationships, coordinating all service areas for FM clients, and communicating effectively with clients and authorities. The ideal candidate must possess either a completed apprenticeship in a relevant technical field (like Electronics or HVAC) or a degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management, coupled with significant professional experience. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Industrial Electrician, HVAC Plant Mechanic, or similar; OR a completed degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management.
